Taking a close look at our immediate neighbors, 2010 statistics reflect an estimated 22,000 trendsetters living within a one mile radius of the Campus with an estimated average household income of $102,000. Over 79% of the homes that they live in are valued at over $400,000. They are overwhelmingly "white collar workers", 70.9% (although exact work attire has not been verified) - and they live very close to where they work, 22.5% have less than a 15 minute commute to their desks. We like to imagine them spending those 15 minutes on bikes and ride-sharing fuel-efficient automobiles, of course.
